Contact Town Hall to obtain a building permit BEFORE starting a project.

Allow time in your schedule to work through the permitting process and to schedule inspections / remediations as required.  

 

Steps for Homeowners / Contractors

  1. Review zoning & building guidelines. 
  2. Contact the EO Office to reach Building Official with questions as needed.   
  3. Submit permit request & supporting documentation to EO Office.
  4. Provide any clarification/documentation as requested from the Building Official.   
  5. Make payment to the EO Office when notified that the permit is ready.
