Contact Town Hall to obtain a building permit BEFORE starting a project.

Allow time in your schedule to work through the permitting process and to schedule inspections/remediations.

Steps for Homeowners/Contractors:

Review zoning & building guidelines.
Contact the EO Office to reach Building Official with questions as needed.
Submit permit request & supporting documentation to EO Office.
Provide any clarification/documentation as requested from the Building Official.
Make payment to the EO Office when notified that the permit is ready.
